SessionCam, a provider of session replay, heat-mapping and conversion-funnel technology to many of the world’s leading brands, today at Adobe Summit announced an integration with Adobe Analytics Cloud to help web analysts and digital marketers improve their website customer experience (CX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities.
Previously, SessionCam provided an integration that meant you could watch recordings of individual users visiting your web site from within Adobe Analytics Cloud . This integration has now been greatly enhanced, giving users the ability to see audience segments created within Adobe Analytics Cloud within SessionCam.

This new, enhanced integration offers a number of benefits:
- Audience segments created within Adobe Analytics Cloud are automatically available within SessionCam
- Recordings, heatmaps, conversion funnels and funnel insights within SessionCam can easily be filtered using audience segments created within Adobe Analytics Cloud
- Adobe Analytics Cloud audience segments can be combined with SessionCam’s own filters to create even more precise segments of high interest. For example, to show recordings with high levels of customer struggle for any of your Adobe Analytics Cloud audience segments
- Retains the ability to see SessionCam recordings from within Adobe Analytics Cloud.
